About ATHUL
Hi, I’m Athul Krishna B, a passionate Calisthenics Coach and WSWCF-Certified Trainer with over 3 years of hands-on experience in personal and group training. I specialise in bodyweight strength training, mobility, and skill development for all fitness levels. Having trained more than 300 clients, my focus is on building strong, lean, and mobile bodies using minimal equipment and maximum efficiency. I help people progress from basic push-ups and pull-ups to advanced skills like handstands, muscle-ups, and front levers—all while improving joint health and overall athleticism. Whether your goal is fat loss, flexibility, strength, posture correction, or mastering calisthenics skills—I’m here to provide structured, safe, and highly effective training programs.

My calisthenics coaching helps you move freely, jump, lift, and run without fear of pain or injury. Whether you’re 10 or 60, each session is tailored to your level—improving bodyweight strength, mobility, and control.
