Overall, students' personal writing voices develop through engaging with text through their individual lens that intentionally reflects on the context of theirs and others' environments. I’m passionate about fostering unique and reflective perspectives that enrich the complex realities of our cultural climate, always orienting towards growing these perspectives in a student’s formative years to produce curious adults who can reflect with empathy on the context of their socio-political and economic situations.
