About Guadalupe
Currently I combined my job as a Spanish tutor with the Final Research Project of an MA in Applied Linguistics for teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language (Español como Lengua Extranjera, ELE). I have previous experience teaching ELE to students at different levels of proficiency and from different backgrounds. I volunteered in a Secondary School and have taught in a University in London, where, in addition, provided support to the team of the sub-department of Spanish in other subjects such as Public Service Interpreting.

I teach Spanish language by implementing an action-oriented approach. I develop personalised programs taking into account my student’s needs and interests. Lessons are structured on a base of communicative tasks and adapted to each student profile from absolute beginner levels, A1 CEFR level (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
I am specially interested in Cognitive Linguistics, student autonomy, emotions and how and how new technologies can help in learning a foreign language.
