About Gaurav
I have been a guy who used to be fat and I have always thought of ok one day definitely I will start working out and things will go back to normal, but trust me time will never be appropriate instead you have to make it right.
So I have been into fitness for about a year now and I have almost lost around 40kgs just by taking a few measures in my lifestyle. I have seen many ending up on crash diets after seeing no results. So I thought of helping you out in the best way possible.
