About Amanda
I am a working actor and playwright, currently living in NYC. I have worked steadily as an actor since graduating college in a variety of ways (medical simulation, immersive theater, traditional theater, etc.) and have cultivated an actor's toolbox on how to approach text and acting as an art form.

I am a current working actor in NYC with 8 years of professional experience. Having written and directed my own show, as well as worked collaboratively on other productions, I can give perspective on how to best analyze text and characters. In our sessions, we will take a look at how to break down a script or side, analyze characters, and work on justifying the objective of your character and of the scene. We will also work on acting beats, script memorization, and living truthfully under imaginary circumstances!
