About Yash
Hi, I’m Yash Pawar, the founder of Y1 Fitness. My journey in sports and fitness began back in school, where I first discovered my passion. Like many, I faced challenges with gaining muscle, and later, my mother’s cancer diagnosis pushed me to take health and well-being even more seriously. That turning point inspired me to transform myself and dive deeper into fitness and nutrition. I went on to earn professional certifications, began freelancing, and eventually founded Y1 Fitness to share my knowledge and help others achieve their goals. Building a career in this industry hasn’t always been easy, but I’ve always believed in leading by example. I follow a structured workout routine and disciplined nutrition plan, ensuring I practice what I preach. At Y1 Fitness, my mission is simple: to guide busy individuals toward healthier, stronger, and more confident lives by making fitness practical and sustainable. Let’s work together to make fitness not just a routine, but a lifestyle.
