I believe in meeting each student where they are. I begin by assessing their strengths and areas for growth, then tailoring lessons to their specific needs.
For reading, I use strategies like guided reading, annotation, questioning techniques, and vocabulary building to strengthen comprehension and critical thinking.
For writing, I guide students through the writing process: brainstorming, organizing ideas, drafting, revising, and editing. I emphasize clear communication, strong structure, and correct grammar.
