About Jhon

I'm a coach who trains harder than he talks—straight from the ring, with real experience and no theoretical talk. My coaching combines boxing discipline with mental toughness. Because today, it's not just your body that needs training, but your mind as well. My mission: to make people stronger than the challenges they face. In the gym and in life.

About the lesson

What you can expect from me as a boxing trainer - Personal 1-on-1 training at your level - Technique training: punching technique, footwork, timing & defense - Conditioning and strength training focused on functional performance - Sparring guidance (if desired) - Training for beginners to advanced Mental coaching integrated into the process In addition to the physical aspect, I also help you with: - Building self-confidence and mental strength - Dealing with stress, tension and performance pressure - Setting and achieving goals - Strengthening focus, discipline and motivation I use practical mental techniques that I have applied in competitions myself and that you can immediately integrate into your daily life.
