About Enoch
My name is Enoch, based in Johannesburg the City of Gold in South Africa. I have over 20 years of experience in coordinating training projects and programs related to youth and adult participants in specific technical areas such as construction and agricultural fields. The most important aspects in which my role was focused were in business entrepreneurial development and life orientation skills with specific focus on effective communication in English, leadership and emotional intelligence development. Currently, I am involved with an NGO offering voluntary services as an English tutor to school children in grades 5-12. A passion to develop others is my baby.

My English language teaching approach begins with interacting closely with each learner to get a clear and full understanding of their specific individual needs and their learning styles. Based on this understanding, the design of the teaching and learning program is then guided by the formulation of the objectives, learning outcomes to be achieved, the selection of the right and relevant learning materials[learner guide, worksheet, etc.] , teaching and assessment methods to be tweaked from time to time in relation to the needs as they arise.
