About Faraz
I am Faraz Khan, an ISSA certified personal trainer with good laurels in bodybuilding as well as powerlifting. My goal is to burst the bubble of myths in the fitness industry and give my clients the real and best of training as well as knowledge known to me possible.

In every session we will not only be focused on fitness but our goal will be connective tissue development, improvement in bone calcium and mineral density, strengthening of joints and tendons as well as conditioning of the entire musculoskeletal tissue of the body.

He is an extremely experienced person and we have been watching him working out for so long. He teaches every exercise with great interest and put lot of hardwork along with the trainee, he teaches the movement of exercises very well and also helps and motivates to have a good and healthy diet and lifestyle.
Without a doubt, I would recommend him to everyone not only is he a professional trainer he is a kind person too. He provided me with a proper diet chart. Being a doctor myself I can undoubtedly say that he has a pretty good knowledge of human anatomy. Sir exactly knows what muscle to target. His training skills are amazing and inspiring. I am anas and for me mr faraz has proven to be an excellent teacher/trainer for my fitness journey. His core genre is weight training/strength/ conditioning. I haven't ever met more learned fitness coach than mr faraz.
