I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Music with a specialisation in vocal performance and have six years of teaching experience. My approach blends structured learning with encouragement, ensuring lessons remain focused and effective while also giving students the freedom to enjoy their progress. Alongside teaching, I remain active in performance and professional workshops, which keeps my knowledge fresh and relevant. This involvement allows me to share current techniques, artistic insights, and practical performance strategies with my students, enriching their learning with real-world musical experience. What inspires me most as a tutor is helping students discover their unique voice and grow in self-expression. I believe every singer has potential, and I adapt my teaching style to suit each learner’s strengths. By celebrating progress, I help students build lasting confidence and love for music.

My lessons begin by focusing on the essential foundations of healthy singing, including posture, breathing exercises, and proper vocal warm-ups. These practices build strength and prevent strain, giving students the ability to expand range, improve pitch accuracy, and develop consistent vocal control for long-term growth. As students advance, I introduce more complex aspects such as diction, phrasing, and expression. By working with songs that reflect their interests—whether classical, pop, or musical theatre—they learn how to connect technical skills with emotional delivery, making their performances engaging and authentic. Each lesson is adapted to the student’s personal goals, whether preparing for auditions, developing stage presence, or singing simply for joy. Through constructive feedback, guided practice, and patient encouragement, I create a supportive environment that allows students to grow with confidence and enjoyment.
