I have spent 33 years in engineering drawing and documentation office in New Zealand and Australia, using the best practice for Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook amongst other packages. I have learned from major companies the best way to do things and there is more than one way. I am patient, friendly, and knowledgeable and would like the chance to pass this onto you.
