I am a Medical professional with MBBS degree and a passionate fitness lover with fit body and mind. Have been a young coach, advisor and trainer for past 3 years. Working to build fit, happy, and healthy humans around me.

About the lesson

My teaching method is very personalized. It differs from person to person according to what the individual need. My objective is to teach how to have a fit body, happy mind, healthy diet and overall wellbeing. All just by making simple daily changes.
