During your first free session, I will get to know a little bit about you. Who are you? What makes you tick? You have an opportunity to get to know me and ask any questions you may have about coaching.
If we decide to work together, and you are committed to change, the magic can begin. I will encourage you to think big and clarify your desires.
I use a holistic approach looking at your present life and the changes you would like to take place and the life you dream of. We will explore your limiting beliefs and begin to replace self-doubt and negative habits with confidence and productive patterns of behaviour which will lead to transformation.
