About Rishita

Hello, I am Rishita Mishra, a Psychology Honors graduate. Working with different people across different settings changed my perspective in many ways. I have worked in an autism center, a juvenile counseling unit, a victim support center, and an orphanage — and each experience taught me something new about how people think, feel, and see the world.
Now I want to bring that same openness to you. In my classes, I want you to understand, accept, debate, and even reject ideas — because real learning happens when you look at life from every angle, not just one. No single goal fits every person, and no single perspective tells the whole story.
Come with your questions, your doubts, and your curiosity. We will figure it out together.

About the lesson

In this class, we will explore human habits, understanding, motivation, stress, and much more. For each topic you choose, we will study it through real-life connections — from hunger and motivation to sleep patterns and daily life. Together we will explore ourselves and move one step closer to our true, ideal self.
