About Mei-Feng
I taught Chinese to foreigners in Taipei for 3 years. Approximately, I taught 20 students, and many of them were registered students with the Chinese Center at Taiwan National Normal University. They came to my class for supplemental learning.
For students that totally depended on me for their Chinese language acquisition, I used spiral teaching method. That is to say that I introduced something new in each class but I also let students review what they had learned in a refreshed way.
Other than regular teaching material, I introduced 4-character-phrases to my students because those phrases carry historical interests and are commonly used in daily lives.
