About Gem
I am an original soul musician based in Perth Hills. I perform, manage and promote my band Freehand, as well as working for non profit Blue Arts Fly. I have been teaching for the last year, working with students of all abilities, but especially budding songwriters.

I like to work with my students weaknesses and fears, and build them into strong artists. I deal with stage anxiety, pitchiness and breath control with a positive outlook, and use my students strengths to help them feel more confident. I like to promote creativity and create a safe space for my students to discover their abilities.
