About Thomas
My name is Tom Davis. I’ve been a fully qualified Personal Trainer for 4 strong years and have qualified in numerous other health and wellness related categories. I work both independently and with the VIP private members club of Bamford in the Cotswolds. I believe whoever the individual may be I can help guide you into a simply better lifestyle. Coming from an overweight background I have personal experience in how hard any physical transformation journey can be. I’ve made my mission to help others in whatever direction they choose.
