About Michael

I am a college student, trained in classical and contemporary viola, primarily in orchestral settings. Though the process started 5 years ago, in the last year I formally transitioned to violin, specializing in acoustic and electrified liturgical and worship violin.

My teaching method is primarily based on learning by doing, primarily using open sources resources, particularly in the beginning, working toward the student/parent’s goals. My method is largely based upon how I was taught, which begins with the basics of Mozart’s Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.
