About Eilis
I've been the violin since the age of 7. Switched between classical and traditional. I've completed grade 5 and am now working towards grade 6. I haven't given lessons before. I am a 6th-year student studying music for the Leaving Cert (2022).

I'm more than happy to teach beginners with no experience and have spare violins if needed. My method of teaching would be to play the piece of music at a normal pace. Then slowly, pointing out where each finger goes. I will play at the same time as my client so that it's easier to pick up. We will focus on a piece until they can play it well or any particular piece they may have.
I don't have much experience with teaching so preferably a beginner/intermediate would suit me best also I don't mind teaching more advanced students if they don't mind my pace.
