About Cristian
Student of musical interpretation, violin mention, with a certificate in secondary education from the Pontificia Universidad Católica.
I have been trained musically since I was 10 years old with professors from the University of La Serena at the Jorge Peña Hen music school and later I followed my musical career at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile as part of the chair of Professor David Nuñez.
I have orchestral experience for more than 10 years, I was part of the cast of the Regional Orchestra of Coquimbo, Orquesta Sinfónica de La Antena, Orquesta Jorge Peña Hen Philharmonic, Jorge Peña Hen Symphony Orchestra, UC Youth Symphony Orchestra (concertmaster position, year 2019), among others.
I have been an active student in master classes of teachers and great pedagogues in the musical area, such as, Ingrid Zur and Jörg Heyer (HfMDK Frankfurt), Kurt Nikkanen (Kutztown University), Mimi Zweig (Indiana university) Eva-christina schönweib (Hoschüle for musik Hanns Heisler) Anna Gutow ska (Muk Viena), among others.
In addition to working as a performer, I have been actively working in the area of musical pedagogy, taking classes in schools as a violin teacher and string monitor in orchestras, and I also have vast experience conducting classes
I have taken music pedagogy courses oriented to the theoretical teaching and the instrumental teaching of the violin for initial and intermediate stages

I teach with different musical methods such as suzuki, kodaly among others. The development of learning is fully adapted to the goals that the student wants to achieve, they can be short-term and long-term goals. I am a teacher with experience in schools and private classes so I have no problems with teaching in the initial stages as well as in the intermediate stages.
