"Singing often feels like a secret language that only reveals its rules after you start performing. It is surprising how many singers think they need a perfect range before they can actually sound good on stage. I spent 13 years gigging in Melbourne venues before earning my degree, blending that raw experience with academic training to help students master vibrato control and harmony singing.
My teaching covers everything from pitch control and sight singing to complex genre styling for pop, classical, and musical theater. Students rely on me to handle exam preparation and help them find their head and chest voice safely. We also spend time on microphone technique and performance confidence so you can feel solid whenever you step up to the mic. Keep singing and enjoy the process."

"Singing is fundamentally about how you inhabit your own instrument during a performance. You might find that your biggest obstacle is simply trusting your natural sound while navigating warm-up exercises.
I provide recorded warm-up routines shared for daily home practice so you have a guide even when I am not in the room. This approach reflects my 5 years of experience gigging around Australia and helping others find their unique tone.
We break down the technical side of breath and vowel placement without losing the songwriter-minded feeling. Whether you are prepping for a specific exam or just want to gain better command over your dynamics, I adjust the focus to suit your current goals. It is about keeping things simple and effective throughout the hour. We will keep building until it feels natural."
