About Sean
I am ex British Army for over 8 years, I was an All Arms Physical Training Instructor (AAPTI) therefore being in charge of the army’s training regime training troops and getting them to their highest fitness levels before operational deployment. I have also been a personal trainer for more than 11 years and have trained many of celebrities down in London. I have had the privilege to even travel globally to teach fitness classes and performance regimes to clients
