About Khushboo
Respectful Ma'am/Sir,
KhushbooBanshiwal Subhash. I'm belong from Surat Gujarat, I am 23 year old and studying in last year of BCom ,I had completed my fashion designer in last year now. I am studying TEFL (Teaching English Foreign Language). Teaching is my passion and I had recently aware of it in the pendulum of covid 19.I am highly effective at behavioural management, and focus on the three R’s of RESPECT, RESPONSE and the RIGHT way to learn. These have served me well over time.

The goal is for each student to choose.One strategy that teachers have found to be effective is offering their students the ability to make their own choices when it comes to learning. Choice can be a powerful motivator because it helps to foster student interest and independence.Being an effective teacher is an important job, but that doesn't mean that you have to remain serious in class at all times. Try to loosen up a bit and acknowledge that my students may have different interests and learning styles than my own. It's OK to laugh at my place at times and to have some fun. I may find that my students are more interested when I'm little more relaxed.
