About Sanskriti
I belong to an Indian Brahmin family and have been cooking since 14-year-old. Now married to a Bhutanese boy and cook Nepalese and Bhutanese food for him.
In addition to my Bachelor's degree in Business and Human Resource Management I've participated in many volunteering activities with tribal kids, cerebral palsy kids, old age home and de-addiction center people. Since then I have been working in several teaching, consulting and training sessions in university and in different organizations.
As a Teacher Trainer and Area Manager for schools, I possess a genuine interest in the development of the children and communities and have done everything possible to ignite a desire to learn in the minds of young people. My background has prepared me for multiple diverse challenges in communicating with national and international clients, paying strong attention to details and producing essential documentation. My greatest strength is the ability to meet communities’ unique needs by having an in-depth understanding of how to engage with teachers, parents, pupils, and local government and community leaders.
I have 7 years of prior experience in the Education sector and working with different communities. I have explored all different types of setup in the Education industry like profit, non-profit and public-private partnerships. I understand how to work a customer-facing business that is outcome determined but required to create a social change. I know how to exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. In my recent role, I handled 16 academic staff at a time. I have also got the opportunity to be a part of Teacher Training in Nigeria for 2000 government headteachers and teachers.
