About Anna
I am in the final year of my PhD at UWA with the Hartmann Human Lactation Research Group. I graduated from Curtin in 2012 with Bachelor in Science (Food Science and Technology) and followed on with research work at UWA. I have been involved in teaching as a laboratory demonstrator at the School of Molecular Sciences at UWA for almost three years, delivering chemistry and biochemistry units to the first year students. I'm used to looking after rather large groups of students (aprox 28-36 students with another lab demonstrator) with different language proficiency, skill levels, and backgrounds.
I'm easy going, positive and patient person :)

I'm open to the needs of a student. I can cover topics from organic and inorganic chemistry, particular area that is troublesome, go through lecture concepts and prepare for exams.
Before the lesson, I'd like to know student's expectations and then I build on that. I usually try to spend few minutes to identify most and least troublesome areas and move on from there.
