About Kirsten
I am currentlly enrolled as a first year nursing student at UOW. For many years, I have had experience with Counsellors, psychologists and support staff to help me develop as an individual. For this reason, I have a acquired many skills to manage with primarily anxiety, but also general stress, worries, sadness and self-esteem issues.

My methodology towards this particular area is helping the individual realise that they have everything they need within themselves to get through whatever they may be struggling with. Each individual is different in the way they will need to deal/overcome stress. I will implement different activities, different philosophies and techniques they can learn so that they have their own personal way to effectively deal with their stress.
