About Emily
I'm Emily Fox, a certified teacher in both Elementary Education and Special Education with a degree from Rhode Island College. I bring a wealth of experience, having taught in various roles, including as a Self-Contained Special Education Teacher, Special Education Coordinator, and Middle School Math Teacher. My career has focused on creating inclusive, supportive environments where all students can thrive.
I have extensive experience in leading Special Education Team meetings, developing individualized plans, and implementing interventions. I’m passionate about helping students advocate for themselves, achieve their academic goals, and grow personally. In 2021, I earned certification in the Orton-Gillingham program, further strengthening my ability to support diverse learners in reading and writing.
