About Reyon

Hello I am Reyon. I love breaking down the building blocks of music—scales, harmony, rhythm, structure—and connecting theory to real songs and creative ideas. Over time, I’ve studied (and continue to study) both classical and contemporary music, tried my hand at composing, and practiced ear training daily. As your tutor, I’m patient, encouraging, and always aiming to make complex concepts clear and fun. Whether you’re just starting or seeking to deepen your musical understanding, I’m here to guide you step by step.

About the lesson

This class offers comprehensive music theory lessons, guiding you from foundational concepts to advanced application. You’ll learn to: Read and write musical notation (notes, rhythms, dynamics) Understand scales, modes, and intervals Analyze and build chords, harmonies, and progressions Study form and structure in music (phrases, sections, modulation) Develop ear training (identifying intervals, chords, rhythms) Apply theory in real music: composition, arrangement, improvisation
