About Lily
I am a North Carolina University student double majoring in political science and sociology. I teach around 30 students in the course of a week. I really try to make my sessions a learning experience, and not just have me "fix everything" in student's essays. I have experience working with students of all kinds, including international and students with disabilities.

As I have stated, I am a university student. I currently work at my university's writing center as a tutor, where I have found a true passion for working with others to create clear and cohesive pieces of written work. I like to think I use mix of a collaborative and lecture-telling teaching approaches. I believe with having a bit of a teaching moment and showing students examples of how to write something can guide them in the right direction to fix their work themselves.
