About Audrey
Fresh out of my HSC in 2023, I am super familiar with the "high-yield" questions that always appear in your exams, and the techniques to scoring high marks, e.g. expressing and structuring your answers in the best way possible.
Having graduated from Meriden as First in Biology and Second in Economics, I have extensive notes, practice materials, and experience in delivering content from the subject areas mentioned. I can teach in either English or Mandarin/Cantonese Chinese.

◈ Rationale
I believe that learning should be structured and interactive, and specific to the needs of each student. Therefore, I plan lessons based on students' requests and how much content to cover each time for tracking progress. I am a good listener and explainer, which means I usually figure out areas that my students require more work on very quickly and can find a way to make things make sense.
◈ How it works
My lessons are usually 1 or 2 hours in length. During class, I walk students through concepts that are hard to grasp, also connecting them to other modules as the HSC is such a comprehensive exam. We will make notes together to ensure thorough understanding and revision material before assessments. After class, I will provide questions for practice and mark them in time for feedback.
◈ What I teach
HSC level Biology and Economics. These subjects, although from different disciplines, are highly similar in the way they work. We are exposed to new concepts, try to visualise them and apply them through real life examples. Long responses are always a bit daunting, but I can show you exactly how to structure and word your answers to get full marks in those questions!
Year 7-10 Mathematics. Maths in the lower years are not difficult. If something is not clicking, chances are you just need the concepts explained and visualised and I am here for you!
