About Francesco Pio
PRESENTATION
I am a young student of Computer Engineering at the University of Salerno, currently with a mark average of 30/30, which testifies to my perseverance and dedication.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
My reliability as an English language teacher is testified by the fact that I have recently passed the Cambridge Exam for the Certificate in Advanced English, achieving the CEFR score of 206, which places me in the C2 competence range, the highest level that is, the language skills who have this level are defined by Cambridge Assessment English as follows:
"He understands practically everything he hears and reads with ease. He can summarize information from different sources both spoken and written, restructuring the topics into a coherent presentation. He can express himself spontaneously, very smoothly and precisely, identifying the subtlest nuances of meaning in complex situations."

I am a very calm and helpful person so with me you can forget the impatience and the outbursts of anger that, unfortunately, feature many teachers.
My explanations are very clear and I can dwell longer on some concepts to clarify any difficulties that my students may have (as you can experiment yourself through the demo lesson that I offer for free).

PREMISE
The lessons are held online and with an approach aimed at acquiring proficiency in English in the shortest time possible, this goal is achieved by focusing on the areas of language competence that the specific student has more difficulties with.
TUTORING / LESSONS TO ENHANCE ENGLISH MASTERY
Based on the student's needs, the lessons can be focused on:
-in-depth study of the topics covered in class to facilitate the learning of new concepts;
-explanation of the topics covered in class;
-in-depth study of particular grammar rules or vocabulary expansion;
-speaking sessions to improve pronunciation and fluency in English;
-guided writing (essays, reports, emails ...);
-guided listening.
PREPARATION FOR CERTIFICATION EXAMS
Regarding the preparation for Cambridge Certification Exams (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2) / IELTS / Linguaskill, the lessons are set up to focus on the 4 fundamental areas of the language that are assessed in Cambridge Certification Exams:
-Reading and Use of English;
-Writing;
-Listening;
-Speaking.
The lessons are adapted to the student's needs and to the specific exam (the preparation required for a B1 and a C1 is different and so is the way the exams are set up).
WHO THE LESSONS ARE FOR
Tutoring lessons are aimed both at students who have difficulties with the English language at school and therefore need help and at whoever wants to improve their command of the language for personal culture or work needs.
The preparation lessons for the achievement of a certificate are instead aimed at those who intend to take a Certification Exam and need help to reach the necessary level and/or to become familiar with the exam methods (fundamental step given the specificity of the exams that are in fact very different from a school evaluation).
