About Kathleen
Hello! I am in my fourth year at the University of Lethbridge. I began my undergrad in Biology but fell in love with Anthropology in my second year. Because of this I have extensive education in both science, math , and social sciences. I have been offered the opportunity to do an honours thesis this coming year which will allow me to enter into a masters program in 2022. I love working with kids as I have been a nanny, and have experience tutoring from grades 6-9, but would love to work with high school students as well.

I have learned over my experience as a student that everyone learns differently. I think strong tutor can identify the strengths and weaknesses in their students and teach them how to be successful. I have not only have experience working with students that have learning disabilities, but also personal tricks as I have a learning disability as well. I strive to make students feel confident and happy, and most importantly excited about learning.

Details
I am very flexible and willing to make things work for you and your child. Tutoring will mostly be offered in the evenings over webcam until COVID-19 restrictions are lifted. After these restrictions are lifted I prefer to work with students in person. I am willing to come to your house, have your student at mine, or meet somewhere public. Whatever, works best for you!
Cancellations should be done at least 48 hours in advance, some flexibility. If cancellations continue without 48 hours notice a fee will be charged for the session.
