I am an engaging and passionate tutor who has a passion for encouraging students to excel at their studies. I am currently studying Psychology at University of Southampton! Prior to becoming a tutor online, I have had tutoring experience in English Language, English Literature and Music at GCSE with young people for 2 years. In order to achieve their full potential I believe that students should find their studies enjoyable, that’s why I try and combine the serious nature of the exams with a charismatic personality. I am in my first year of university hoping to use my passion for helping others for a part-time job. I am hoping to go into educational psychology and have had previous experience in teaching in both high school and primary school settings. I really specialise (for GCSE) in English Literature, English Language and (both English AQA) however I believe I am capable of easily adapting to any of the major exam boards. I studied and am experienced in the Edexcel Psychology A Level but again am likely to adapt to other major exam boards for this subject. Some specific strategies that I use in order to help students thrive is focusing on how to structure essays as I believe this to be fundamental in order to achieve the higher marks as once a student has the essay structure sorted or just general question answer structure, then through revision of the key knowledge needed, that child can definitely achieve their full potential.
