About Pahul

I am a learner first, and a teacher by choice. My academic journey, leadership experiences, and field exposure have consistently reinforced one belief for me: knowledge has real value only when it is shared with purpose and empathy.

Coming from a background rooted in psychology, sociology, communication, and creative expression, I have always been deeply interested in how people think, learn, and grow. My experiences in debate, public speaking, creative writing, and academic excellence have shaped not only my skills, but also my responsibility to use them meaningfully.

I want to share knowledge because I have seen how the right guidance at the right time can change confidence, clarity, and direction. Through my internships in drug rehabilitation and child psychopathology, I have closely observed how understanding, patience, and structured learning can empower individuals—especially young learners—to overcome hesitation and self-doubt.

For me, teaching is not about delivering information. It is about:

helping students think independently

encouraging them to question and express ideas

making learning feel safe, engaging, and achievable

I believe education should not create fear or pressure, but confidence and curiosity. When students understand why they are learning something, not just what, true learning begins.

By sharing my knowledge, I aim to support students not only in academic growth, but also in developing confidence, communication skills, and a deeper connection with learning. Teaching, to me, is a shared journey—where both the student and the teacher continue to grow.

About the lesson

My classes are designed to be student-centred, structured, and engaging, with a strong focus on understanding rather than rote learning. I believe that every learner is different, so my teaching approach begins with understanding the student’s current level, learning style, strengths, and goals.

Personalised Curriculum

Before starting regular sessions, I assess the student’s needs through conversation, short activities, or diagnostic questions. Based on this, I create a personalised learning plan that is flexible and evolves with the student’s progress. Whether the goal is test preparation, improving communication, understanding literature or Greek mythology, or building confidence in English, the curriculum is tailored accordingly.

Hands-On and Activity-Based Learning

I strongly believe that students learn best by doing. My classes include:

interactive discussions

short writing and speaking tasks

real-life examples

scenario-based questions

creative activities such as storytelling, role-play, and interpretation exercises

For topics like Greek mythology and literature, I use narratives, character analysis, comparisons, and critical thinking questions to make learning engaging and meaningful rather than memorisation-based.

My teaching focuses not only on academic improvement but also on:

critical and analytical thinking

emotional comfort while learning

I create a safe, encouraging space where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and expressing ideas freely. This is especially important for learners who may feel anxious, hesitant, or underconfident.

independent application

brief reflection or feedback

At the same time, I remain flexible and adjust the pace based on the student’s comfort and response.

Progress and Feedback

I regularly track progress and provide constructive feedback, helping students understand what they are doing well and where they can improve. For younger students or exam-focused learners, I also guide them on study strategies and effective practice methods.
