I am new to tutoring officially but I have a younger brother who is currently doing his gcse english which I am helping him through at the moment i am teaching him methods and tips for analysing poetry!
I am at university in exeter and live in Shrowpshire, shrewsbury so could do online teaching for both or in person sessions

My teaching methodology changes from student to student I want the student to feel reausered i am catering for their personal struggles and not just blanket talking at them! In our first meeting we would have more of a get to know session making sure the student becomes comfortable with engagement and asking questions as this is a key element in tutoring! together we would work out weaknesses but also strengths as knowing your strengths is helpfull to further learning and seeing these strengths written can be such a confidence booster for a student, knowing they can do some parts!
