I applied to colleges in the 2023 cycle, and for those unaware, the college admissions scene has changed drastically in the past few years. Additionally, I understand how the stress of so many factors can be highly stressful during application season.
My strategy simplifies the admissions process through the following method, consisting of 5 rounds. Each round will consist of several meetings with me. The number of meetings will depend on your personal needs.
--> Round 1 - Initial Meeting: I will get to know you, your goals, your achievements, and where you are at in the process. This will help me create a personalized plan just for you.
--> Round 2 - Your Stats and Developing a College List: We will build a balanced college list and analyze your current stats, and set goals for your stats. If you would like SAT or ACT test prep tutoring, we would create a schedule for this as well.
--> Round 3 - Personalized Schedule: During this round, I will present you with your personalized timeline which would factor in your availabilities, time commitments, specific application deadlines, and extra time for revisions. Additionally, we will work on evaluating and boosting your extracurriculars and GPA and I will provide you with resources and methods to gain more extracurriculars through online opportunities and impressive projects.
--> Round 4 - Essays: Meeting four will be used to work on writing, brainstorming, editing, or revising your personal essay. Additionally I will help you break down the supplemental writing process through my streamlined supplemental method.
--> Round 5 - Execution: This round will be a series of quick check ins, rather than longer meetings. During this time you will be in the middle of completing applications, and I will be there to help you manage any last minute fixes, questions, or revisions.
*Note that each round will consist of several meetings with me. The number of meetings per round depends on your personal needs.
*This service is applicable no matter where you are at in the college process. The personalized schedule I create for you will be adjusted depending on how much time you have before your deadlines, whether you are just starting junior/sophomore year, or are a senior already applying to colleges. It's never too early or late to get a helping hand with your admissions process!
