About
My name is Brigita. I am 19 years old and I am studying History and Politics at the University of Warwick.
I studied History, Psychology and Biology at a sixth form in London where I achieved AAC. As you can tell, science is not my stong suit!
I achieved an 8 in English Literature - I loved the unseen poetry, and a 7 in English Language.
I am a very avid reader, I love anything crime related.
As a student myself (although older) I have gone through all the experiences a student can have. All-nighter trying to finish that essay or have not prepapred for an exam or I'm procrastinating - I can help!! Because I had to overcome those things all by myself!
I am more than happy to help you with your essay, share tips and even build a timetable to keep you organised - all YOU have to do is set up a meeting and take that first step in wanting to better yourself. I can't do that for you, you have to do it.

I like my classes to be very structured so that the students do not get confused by what they are learning
I use a variety of tools like PowerPoint, material/resources for students to keep, and I have many example mindmaps, essays and methods I used to achieve the highest grades at GCSE and A-Level which I am happy to share with students.
Typical length would be 1.5 hour but it can vary with each student.
I have previously taught at an afterschool club with KS3 & GCSE students.
I am currently volunteering to help out refugees learn English.
I am more than happy to work with school students who are stuggling to see the beauty of English at school but also with adult students who need help with their functional skills.
As someone who's first language is not English, I know very well some of the struggles you can experience in your 'Learning English' journey, so my tips and advice may be very useful for someone in the same boat - just ask my mum!
