About Georgia
I am a 21 year old History student studying in London (UCL) aspiring to become a Human Rights Lawyer. I want to teach students because I adore the subjects and want to make other people learn to appreciate them. Exams can be very stressful and I used to get very worried about them when I was younger but over the years I have developed a very good skill set which has enabled me to become productive as well as remain calm when under pressure. Subsequently, I would like to share this.

I am very patient and flexible with my tutoring and will adapt lessons specifically to individual students. My main priority is teaching the student how to learn which works best for them. I use a variety of techniques depending on age and ability. I like to incorporate quizzes, exam technique, essay writing skills, open conversations about specific areas and visual learning into my teaching. I also give a lot of advice on the best ways to revise outside of class such as the best way to learn from mind maps, effective ways to make flash cards and my personal favourite: creating tailored podcasts.
