About Ansh
I am a engineering student with a background of bodybuilding and weightlifting history of about 5 years and I'm just 20 years old with an internationally honoured certificate in nutrition and exercise. Myself being beginner at the age of 15faced many challenges which needed to be overcome. This is the reasons I am here to share the knowledge with you to ease your journey
