About Harshica
I have been a tutor before and a teacher assistant to an introduction to java class. I will be patient with my student because I know how they would feel on that seat. They may feel defeated because they don't know the material at first but after every session I am sure my student will feel better than how we started the session by learning something new everyday even if it is something that is small or a big concept. I will make sure to pace out the syllabus well so that they have enough time to master the concept and they could teach it to their peers.

I will teach visually, with examples and provide ample worksheets for my students to succeed. I can help with homework for middle school or high school math. I would first test the students abilities and then create a plan on where to start with the student. I would give them quizzes every time we meet to assess the material learnt the past session. I would have incentives so that the student will feel more engaged.
