About Mishal
The first step to doing good in your classes is becoming invested in your classes' content. I sincerely believe any subject can become mesmerizing if suitably approached and given the proper encouragement. I took AP chemistry in high school and hated the class. I felt I was always falling behind and couldn't connect or care for the content. Years later, I took General Chemistry in university and was shocked by how much I enjoyed exploring the material at my own pace. The subject I hated so much in high school was almost the reason I changed my major to Chemistry! The content itself had not changed much, but my approach to learning and access to resources changed my entire outlook on classes and studying.
I understand how difficult it is to focus in classes and get through heaps of content. COVID took a hit on many of our attention spans and abilities to concentrate, but there are proven techniques that can help you build your focus and content comprehension as they helped me. I can get you from only being able to focus for five minutes to focusing for an hour or more. I'll teach you to study at maximum efficiency while helping you build a passion for learning.

Every student is unique in their learning and thus deserves an individualized approach. I give my time and respect to each student and learn to understand their strengths and weaknesses. I teach my students well-researched techniques like spaced repetition and active recall that they will use in university, explain problem concepts, and work through practice problems.
