About Lilly
I am a final year advanced care paramedicine & registered nursing dual bachelor student at QUT with 4 years' experience in a wide variety of clinical environments, mainly consisting of pre-hospital/emergency care and ICU.
I have experience working as a FIFO medic for Medical Rescue Group, undertaking rural deployments across Australia for COVID-19 vaccine administration, flood and natural disaster relief, and working in Indigenous health clinics.
I am especially passionate about toxicology, pharmacology, pathophysiology and disease processes, and am always working to further my knowledge in the areas via CPD and self-directed research.

I tutor all ages and ability levels up to an undergraduate level and am passionate about encouraging others to be "clinically curious".
I am all about helping students to gain a comprehensive understanding of the 'full clinical picture' by recognising disease processes and the significance of signs and symptoms. We will be learning and applying knowledge through case studies, diagrams, and (where possible) somewhat hands-on experience (you can learn a lot through self-palpation, percussion and auscultation).
Whilst I typically work off my own curriculum/learning materials with a focus on areas of interest to students, I am open to reviewing and working through university or school provided learning materials.
My tutoring service is ideal for secondary school students who are looking to gain a deeper understanding in human biology, as well as those planning or are in their first or second year of a healthcare/biomedical related tertiary education course (such as nursing, paramedicine, biomedical science, pathology, etc.).
Sessions typically last 90mins but I am flexible to my student's needs and time constraints. Sessions can be face-to-face in a public library/study space or in your own home, or online via zoom. I am open to all hours.
