About Lucy
I am an undergraduate student who has a pasison for sport/fitness and really enjoy the sport science sides of physical activity/education and sport. When going into personal training i had no mentor or tutor and had to learn the old fashioned way - which was vwry challenging. So now i am tutoring so that i can be the tutor i never had and hwlp people who want to go into personal training gain the basic knowledge before they start thwir respective courses

I offer online tutoring about the ins and out of the courses that are involved within personal training and gym inatructor so that you areprepared to take on your qualifications. I go over all categories to develop a general understanding of knowledge basis and then break them down in detail bit by bit. Ifrequired i am able to go into sport science which is very important for many categories
