About Neo
Hi there!
I'm Neo (he/they) and I am an undergraduate at NYU. I am pursuing biology on a pre-health track in hopes of becoming an exotic animal veterinarian!
I have a passion for science and applying it to the real world. I often use the basics of biology in my everyday line of work as a veterinary assistant!
I absolutely adore working with youth, as a former volleyball coach, high school mentor and co-founder of an LGBTQ+ non-profit that specializes in queer education for teens.

I'm a very enthusiastic learner and an even keener teacher! I have a relatively flexible schedule with hourly time slots available.
A typical session would be centered around topics where the student (that's you!) feels they need improvement or clarification. Whether it be practice questions, easily digestible diagrams or color-coded notes, I will try my best to approach each lesson with a teaching style that works for you!
I am comfortable tutoring at an elementary, middle school and high school level, including:
- AP biology
- AP Environmental Science
- General Biology
I also have a background in veterinary medical knowledge with practical experience (if that's something that interests you!)
