About Grace

I understand where you are. Growing up, I was not unfamiliar with feeling stuck in the classroom. I saw a grammar and english tutor for most of elementary and middle school. Through implementing various strategies and more importantly gaining confidence, I can say that I'm an incredibly strong reader and writer (I somehow pulled off a perfect English score on the SAT). I graded from UCLA in 2021 and am currently preparing for law school.

About the lesson

Imagine this: Instead of staring blankly at boring textbooks, you'll be confidently writing essays, critically reading, achieving your goal grades, understanding material and diving into thrilling stories and crafting your own tales that rival the bestsellers. From decoding tricky grammar to crafting compelling narratives, I'll be your partner in crime, cheering you on as you conquer each challenge and unlock your full potential. I will cater a personalized curriculum to each student. Happy to meet virtually or in person in the NYC area.

Together, we'll navigate the twists and turns of literature, sharpen your writing skills, and uncover the joy of storytelling (even when your teacher assigned a boring reading or book). I'm excited to work with you!
