About Ana
I was born and raised in Mexico City. I hold a university degree "Communication Sciences" with a specialty in journalism. I belong to a well-educated family and my Spanish is at the professional level. I'm also an English/Spanish interpreter and I developed a method to make the lessons interesting for you, not boring nor complicated, but effective! I know firsthand how complicated it can be to learn a new language, and that's why I developed a method that worked for me to learn English and I've been using successfully with my students to learn Spanish. Every person is different so your lessons will be personalized

With me you will learn to speak, read and write in Spanish correctly formal and casual, in a fun and effective way. We'll work on your pronunciation (in Spanish it's very important due to the tildes that can change the meaning, i.e. "mamas y bebes gratis" vs "Mamás y bebés, gratis") and orthography, if you like, we can skip that part but I believe in learning writing in a new language with good spelling from the beginning. I do personalize the lessons according to your interests and needs. I use visual and music techniques to train your ear and brain to set you in a new language! You'll set the pace.

I'm also open for group discounts, a group of 2 $50 per class. The travel fee depends on the distance but if we are within 10 miles, there is no traveling fee :)
