About the lesson

Lesson Plan 1: Ages 4–6 (Beginner)

Topic: Colors and Basic Greetings
Duration: 30 minutes
Objective: Students will learn to recognize and say basic colors and greet others in English.

Materials: Flashcards, colorful toys, slides, drawing materials

Structure:
1. Welcome Song & Introduction (5 min)
• Sing a simple greeting song
• Students say their names
2. Color Introduction (10 min)
• Show flashcards with colors (red, blue, green, etc.)
• Practice pronunciation
• Color hunt activity: “Find something red!”
3. Basic Greetings (10 min)
