I’ve been practicing Tai Chi for Bruno for a few months now. It’s been a great experience. He is a great teacher. Very patient and great at explaining and guiding me thru the forms. Bruno is not just a patient teacher but a patient person. He explores many different options to help me progress in my journey. For the past three years, I have taken a weekly Taichi class from Bruno who is an excellent instructor because he is an expert of both Qigong and Taichi. He does everything in a user-friendly way. He opens his video a few minutes before class so students can ask questions. What I appreciate is that he starts and ends class on time and for the entire hour, we move and breath, following his instructions, in a relaxed, easy, safe manner. We begin with a series of warm up exercises and then transition to a series of Qigong/Taichi movements. He introduces each move with clear, brief instructions on what the body needs to do and how we should breathe. We do each move either 5 or 8 times and then we hear, "Change" and we transition to the next, next, next exercise. There is a purpose in every move. He has a plan so there is no down time, which I like. By the end of class, I have had an overall body and mind workout and always feel so much better. As a teacher for over 37 years, I know what great teaching is and Bruno is a terrific one. 

Reliable, thoughtful, warm, and accommodating, Bruno has significant expertise. He has teaching experience in exercise and martial arts for a wide range of ages and physical fitness levels. At the same time, Bruno always welcomes my input and has a variety of suggestions to meet my tai chi and overall fitness goals. He is highly recommended!
