My name is David and i underwent a fitness journey myself, increasing in weight up to 120 kgs and dropping down to 60 kgs i am now at a healthy weight and have never looked better. with the right program and nutrition, you too can reach your goal!

No complicated words or long conversations regarding what each muscles does or do. only simple and direct workout routines to improve your fitness and help you achieve your goal in your fitness journey. i will talk as much as you want me to, nothing more, nothing less
